Yesterday I had a pleasure to meet again Prof. Dr. Virginija Šidlauskienė, with who I had gone to several "battles" for gender equality in Lithuania, also, we had put many attempts in order that one of the European Commission structural subunits – gender equality institute would had been established in our country. There is a lot to do while seeking for genuine gender equality not only in Lithuania but also in Europe; therefore I am very happy to meet purposefully a real expert in the field."
